Bluelight have developed several recruitment options for forces looking to recruit police officers, either from the ranks of their own Special Constabulary or from the wider community. Depending on the option selected Bluelight can save you up to £20K per recruit. Our pre join pathways also enable officers to get out onto the streets as fully operational officers faster (by up to 15 weeks).

SFJ Awards Neighbourhood Policing qualifications can result in major cost-savings to your force and the community by enabling your officers to utilise the full range of ASB Tools and Powers alongside partner organisations, reduce incidents of ASB and enhance their problem solving capability.
